Acclaimed Ballarat chef Dianne Ray from The Shared Table will join forces with Alejandro Saravia on Sunday 30th October to deliver a special lunch collaboration and demonstration in Victoria’s Sensory Private Dining Room.
At $95 per person, Alejandro and Dianne will bring to life a 3-course menu inspired by their shared passion for farm-to-table dining and a minimal waste philosophy – with the menu reflecting what is fresh, available and at its best.
Seating for this event is communal. $95 is charged at the time of booking. Price includes lunch and a welcome drink. All additional drinks can be purchased on the day.
