As part of the three month season celebrating Ballarat and Surrounds, we have invited innovative Ballarat cocktail bar Renard to take over our Terrace bar for the weekend!

Owner and mixologist Louis Powlett and his team will serve up signature cocktails inspired by the Ballarat region and hero local distillers such as Larrikin Gin in our heated, alfresco bar overlooking the Yarra River.
